Yeah! I use Mac :) It is one wonderful piece of machine that one will go crazy about. I haven't faced even a single problem since last 1 yr. and I haven't met anyone yet. The only problem that I face with it is the iSight (inbuilt webcam) that doesn't work some times other than that, it is just too good and worth every penny.

Glad that you are also taking part in it. I'll have to gear up as the challenge is getting over and I've literally completed only 2 days. Damn! bad timing for the mumbai trip

Oh! you are using WordPress.com account. Well, I doubt you'll be able to install Google Analytics on it, however you can use WPStats to see the visitor information for your blog. Apart from that, the only way of doing the same will be to take the credits to edit the theme files, other than that, I'll just research a little bit and may come up with the solution. There is no guarantee though.

I agree that most of the people face the same problem and that's why around 10 freelancers near my area have decided to get together and take up an office. This will ensure we'll be able to work in schedule and will be way more disciplined as before.

I was talking about inorbit's free wi-fi connection. It worked fine for few days, however after that it started running really slow. May be some jack-ass would have forgotten to close his torrent software :P

I agree that when money is involved this tend to get messy. However, the management can keep it this way that the money that is generated will be used to pay hosting bills, office expenses and similar stuff or basically keeping the money that they decide to raise through donations and all extra that gets generated can be donated to the needy NGOs.

I doubt that advertisers will mind anything as Google adsense is contextual, so they'll get relevant traffic.. that they'll not mind.

Hmm, you are going back in those days when I was not that much active and didn't know about this particular incident. Apart from that, don't you think that its been now 6 yrs and that Wikipedia has grown as much larger community and that I think there will be no harm in trying to ask the community through polls and through various blogs to see that how they'll react, just a proposal. What say?

Thanks for dropping by! That's interesting however that stubborn attitude will not take them anywhere. I've yet to come across these kind of startups however have experienced the stubborn attitude in large corps. One more thing, I just wish I don't get to meet those kind of startups :)

Hmm.. There are various other phones that can do the work that iphone can however there are few things that will always keep it better than those phones and one of them is that they are constantly trying to improve its interface, hardware and that they are not coming up with different models and its one of the fastest growing platform in mobile phones, so I'm sure that other phones manufacturers will have tough time ahead.

Apart from that, it wasn't really an iPhone good or bad debate, if someone is fine with other phone doing the task that iPhone can do, then I don't mind that. The idea was that notebook can be replaced with these new smartphones and things will only favor smartphones in future.

This plugin gives lot of options and I find it good enough that I\\'ve really not tried other video plugins, although I will surely check easytube.

Hey David, Thanks for dropping by. I understand the part that lot of contributors have objection with ads, however that\\'s where the management\\'s role comes in. I believe that if the message is made clear to all the contributors with proper marketing and PR channels then contributors will understand that its not about making money from WIkipedia however, the money will be used just to help various not-for-profit organizations with funds and thus it will only help the whole world and I don\\'t think any one will mind that and even if some contributors mind that, I think they should be left behind for greater good. It may sound rude at first, however I\\'m sure that world will understand or accept it once they\\'ll see the good happening around.

Hey Bill, it definitely seems like that intensedebate is facing few issues like slowness and css issues. It sometimes also gives the problem while moderating the comments. However, I'm positive that it'll be one of the most used service on the internet as the amount of features it offers are really awesome
