Watch his closing speeds and distance: he never gets dangerously close to anyone, and keeps back until there is a safe opening to pass. This Harrison Bergeron is a very skilled rider, and he will be punished for having above average skills.

There is no dount that this accident is a tragedy for all involved. There is also no doubt that Ms. Gribble will pay for the rest of her life for the many mistakes she made that night. She has the misfortune of being the rallying point for many motorcyclists in the Seattle/Pac Northwest area who want drivers to start seeing them, and the justice system to start punishing those who do not.

I don't know the answer to this. Sometimes I read them, sometimes I don't. There have been so many of my friends lost these last couple of years, I don't even want to think about it because it makes me feel that riding is too big a risk anymore. After 23 years riding, I wonder if my number is going to come up.
