This is the same pastor who gave a sermon saying he hated Barack Obama, not just his politics, but him as a person, that he prayed every night that he would be killed, and that he wanted to see him "melt like a snail" and "burn in hell." The very next day, a member of his congregation showed up at an Obama event in Arizona carrying an AR-15 assault rifle.

This man belongs in prison, and if he was a preacher of any other religious affiliation besides Christian, he would already be there.

enigma_foundry makes an all too common mistake - confusing Constituional rights with contractual rights. The U.S. Constitution is a limit on GOVERNMENT action. Private limitations on speech - through employee confidentialitiy agreements, etc. - are very common, indeed encouraged, between private parties. It is illogical that people "contract" around the First Amendment, unless such a contract is with the GOVERNMENT, and even then I'm sure there are Defense contractors and FBI agents that willingly enter into confidentiality agreements with the U.S. that may limit their speech freedoms.

Unfortunately, the confusion inherent in this post dooms the comment.

It sounds like she was divorcing him only partly for smoking. With my extensive knowledge of this movie (I now know that it stars Jennifer Connelly and Bradly Cooper and... that's about it), I would say that she is divorcing him for dishonesty. A relationship where you can't trust someone is a dangerous relationship indeed.

That said, I would never have even considered dating someone who smokes, so that is not an issue that I will have to consider.

In all seriousness, the first answer depends on how obedient and responsible the child is.

I had like 5 of them this year. I went the other day to get another and it was still on the menu but they said they weren't serving them anymore. What a gip.

The solution, of course, is to enforce more unfunded mandates and ratchet down on regulations. I think if we increase the amount of paperwork involved, this may help as well.

Ultimately, though, if we had less nurses and doctors, then there would be less people to make errors, thereby cutting down on the rate of such events.

I hope the OIG takes my advice into consideration.

Okay so maybe I'm going in a crazy wild direction here, but the Kinks was a British Invasion band of the 60s (and 70s and 80s...) and Paper Trail is the name of an album by TI, so why not:

It is either a room that used to house the hospital radio station or ballroom or a mini casino or maybe more simply it is the PBX room.

The CEO has the key. Or the House Soup (cmon peeps, we all know the House Soup runs the hospital... especially at night).
