And you're damned right. I've come to this stuff after years and years of chaotic eating habits.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Now I'm actually "planning" my meals ahead. Sometimes I'm planning them for a week sometime for less, but even if I get bored I change one or two meals on the way just for "variety".&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So what you're saying it's not for body-builders, it's for all people who actually care for the health of their bodies.
