I loved your article. And you're damned right. I've come to this stuff after years and years of chaotic eating habits.
Now I'm actually "planning" my meals ahead. Sometimes I'm planning them for a week sometime for less, but even if I get bored I change one or two meals on the way just for "variety".
So what you're saying it's not for body-builders, it's for all people who actually care for the health of their bodies. I'd rather say that a combination between pre-planned meals and some variety inserted in-between is the best combination for me.
