in Reunion.com Faces Privacy Problems on Social Times
Lord yes. My significant other was trying to find a cousin she's fallen out of touch with through Reunion.com. Next thing she knows, her entire address book is spammed with invites - without permission.

The rumors of Facebook's demise due to the botched Beacon rollout are greatly exaggerated. That said, this is a very compelling analysis on the hype/overvaluation that is surrounding Facebook.

in 2007/11/27/blockbuster-facebook-app-movieclique/ on Mashable - The Social Media Guide
I agree with SportsBizGuy and I also think the article misses the larger story which is Blockbuster took the initiative and ported its application to FB. It sees the importance of imbedding its application within social networking sites and I'd expect an OpenSocial version is on its way. Kudos to Blockbuster for "getting it." The article also fails to point out that Blockbuster has this FB app fully integrated for those of us who subscribe to Blockbuster.com's Netflix-killing service, and my Queue and account history is now perfectly available in FB and able to leverage w/ my social graph.
