I think maybe we do...

I stopped drinking 4 years ago. Not a drop since. I stopped because I felt like it was wrong. That was MY conviction. If another Christian is not convicted by it then maybe it's ok for him to do. I think drinking is an issue everyone should work out with God on thier own. I don't think it's one way for everyone.

We do need more boldness. We're so concerned about looking "weird" we won't witness.

Please tell me how old he was when this happened!!! I need to know! My son is 11 and has a camera phone!

I heard some child walking by singing the chorus of this song the other day. It is SO sad. Some people don't stand a chance at life. It's a shame that someone thought this was a positive thing. Some people don't even know what "positive" really is.

Great post. This is something I've been struggling with for a long time: Just being me and not trying to be what others need you to be all the time! I'm getting there!

I really want a smart phone, but cannot afford one these days; but when the IPhone hit, I was really excited. Everything I've heard since then has been a real let down. Alot of people I know have blackberrys, so I think that's what I'll try as soon as I can. I've only heard good things about them!

Both exhibits are horrible. The artist only did it for attention. It's absolutely uncalled for! Why does art have to be at someone's expense?

I had a church home before I moved to Dallas in October of 2006. Since then, I have been to one church service. I had a heart to heart with God when I moved here about this. I do not feel guilty. I don't have a car and there are 2 churches right here near me. Like I said, I went once. I don't want to go to those churches because I have to. So I decided that I would work on my relationship with God on my own and that's what I do!

I can really see how church would turn you off! That's something to go thru at church! Alot of people have been let down by organized religion, but God knows that already. Don't go to church until you think you are ready. God is where you are! There are online bible studies (never been to one) and others who feel the same way you do.

I'd love to have Christian friends to call sometimes and just talk to. Only another Christian can understand what we're going thru sometimes! I pray that God leads you in this. He can heal you. It may just take some time. Just know that I'M here! None of us are alone. It just feels that way sometimes. When I'm supposed to go back to church, I feel that God will let me know. Right now, I listen to Creflo and Joyce Meyer EVERY morning and try to read my bible everyday. I also have tapes and teachings that I watch and listen to. I also try to attend conferences that I can get to.

God knows your heart. Don't fret.

I pray that the girl survives. Things like this are SO sad. I have a 10 year old son, so I'm trying really hard to have faith in the youth, but so many of them have no guidance. I get so sick of seeing kids with no home training. I try to teach my son right from wrong, but he gonna have alot ahead of him. This world is going to hell! Fast!

More parents need to take thier job as parent seriously! We are RESPONSIBLE for the young people in our care. When we don't do our job, we unleash heartless criminals into the public!
