Anyone watched the pilot yet ? Its quirky little show. I'd be suprised if it lasted a season.

At least 7 isn't butchering their shows as badly as 10 is with House.

Another one bites the dust :( Pitty I was just starting to get into Drive.

I thought that Sundays episode was better than last years efforts but I still couldn't sit through the whole thing. I think the ratings will fall off quite alot over the next couple weeks once the curiosity factor wears off.

Its not a bad show but there's no way its going to rate well enough here for a commercial channel. It isn't even shown on BBC1 in the UK. I reckon they will end up putting it in that late Sunday night time slot where they dumped Battlestar Galactica.

Wow! Then again I guess that was back in the heyday of Survivor. That must be the US version which was shot in Australia surely.

Wonder what House got when it first premiered here ?

I enjoy both versions. The UK version was brilliant, especially the way they tied it all up with that final christmas special.

The US version was a bit slow to start but once they got away from copying the UK scripts it really found its feet and took off. The US version has been able to introduce more characters and show you more of the main characters lives. I cant get enough..

Unfortunatly its a hard show to get people hooked on. I'm trying to find an episode at the moment to use as a teaser to get someone interested in the series.

Nine is going to get spanked hard by Seven this year. Its like someone fell asleep at the wheel, they have nothing really worthwile this year. I mean Tribes? please!

Oh and how great is it to be able to watch Letterman before midnight on Ten this year!

Hmmm I wonder when Ten will find time to show Letterman ? Maybe they are going to axe Big Brother Uplate and the Hotdogs show ?

The credits say that the show is based on the book Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay. It looks like there is a series of books, Dearly Devoted Dexter is the second book and the third will be Dexter in the Dark.

I'm tempted to go out and grab the books but I dont want to spoil the tv show.
