The is ugly, all thier shit sucks, and not to mention crappy hardware. Now dont get me wrong i aint knockin down the OS. In a matter of fact i woulda bought the G1 for funs & kicks if it wasnt for the jacked up hardware. But u must see this is from only my point of view and history of nokias nseries. Comin in from any other background it would be different, i wouldnt mind the phone and consider it a move up ;) But too bad i woulda loved tryin out the first android and 3G. Till lata.

Re: HTC CEO comes clean on Android sales numbers, competitiveness…

i pay 20 a month for my data plan. Tmo full internet on my nokia n95. Runnin push email and rapin the data. But no 3G. It was messed up on tmobile side to bump the price and force a data plan. I wonder how they goin to sucker me and bump me up. Anyway this is not at&NO & Ifake, this open OS, promising to unlock the device.....the data plan should be left open on the table. I still question googles full intentions with the mandated data and gmail account.

Re: Sacramento, say hello to 3G!

what about davis?

Re: San Francisco, welcome to 3G…

yes finally.....too bad im still sticking with nokia for now ;)

Re: T-mobile considering free Gmail?

this is to get peoples mouth wet and a taste of a data plan. See people here in the states dont got realy any clue(today is much better than before, but still) of data plan an the great advantage of info in the palm of ur hand, because they dont see the value. Offering free data access for google service, will create that need of more and build value to the consumer market ;) 3G release makes it the best time.

Re: Nokia’s Haptikos Tech Months From Release?

I hope so Chris. Very nice article. This is what i am waiting for before i can ever make a switch to touch screen.

Re: Nokia N85 Firmware Updated to Version 11.047 - The Best Got Better

Thx for last months tip on the price.
I did it over black friday, with 30% cash back, plus 10% from paypal.
Cost me $315 for the n85, and $375 from the 5800 ;)

Re: Know Your Frequencies! Nokia NAM For Me From Now On

Hey Mark, that makes the both of us. Lesson learned ;)
Just to share my experience. N85-1 in the Silicon valley Using At&t actually had worse result than you described.

By the way a buddy of mine tried out the n85-3 in the LA area the 3G was terrible, compared to his e71-2(always on lock). Looks like a firmware issue or bad hardware,

Oh well.
Thx for the share.

Re: A Look At S60 Menu Organization - Part I

hey, a mobi site! Great job(not to mention many of the non-mobi friendly mobile companys out there...hehe)

I completely agree with you on this. Ive been repeatin the same pattern of menu organizing since my N80.

Add to the list the N78 with its new FP2, what a joke! (im goin to switch to a N95-1, and yes by choice)

I mean come on, there is a ton of repeat of icons, fast keys, and the addition of fp2 gives more shortcuts, there must be at 3 or 4 different ways to reach the same destination. I feel it became a waste, lost more functions then gained and less customizing. We choose S60 for a reason, or we coulda gone for apple( i leave an study near by apple headquarters so i luv to bash on them, its the lebanese way;) lol)

Re: The Guru's Guide To S60 5th Edition - Web Browser

I was hoping it was not true, but it is. It does not panel the text into one coloum as seen for 3rd edition. I hope it will not work like apples iphone sfari browser. well till the device is out the final verdict will not be in.

Re: HTC CEO comes clean on Android sales numbers, competitiveness…

First off, i did not leave the comment about battery & power. Must be another joey.

2nd thx for the warm remarks, no i mean it, a good laugh.

On that note how do you expect to grow an gain traction as community by bashing on others while being so young(OS speaking). Give back by being constructive and persued and show what is to offer, educate! Take this from someone with 8 years experience & knowledge.

Seriesly acting like apple fan boys an jump at anything and thinking and not acknowledge whats wrong or bad. I dont expect this from an android community.

Now i see and understand that most of you are babys in the smartphone game, if ur goin to give me crappy mobile reference especialy when they all reside in the U.S. Come on theirs better out there to toss at me.

Speaking of a nokia reference for hardware standard, shows me again younglings to the smartphone game. I was giving my background for hardware preference or standard. Ask the editor of this site to see if he will disagre. Nokia has a good history of hardware specs. So when its comes to G1 by HTC in what im accustimed to does not hit that benchmark.

So for you to miss interpert makes me wanna call out applle fanny wanney boys (as much as i do not want and like the to see android flurrish) or prove me wrong.....
P.S. This aint to spellen B. When it goes from being mobile, theirs an error margin.

Re: T-Mobile International Skipping HSPA Evolution, Going Straight To LTE

Sorry, but it was not clear to me if this entails t-mobile usa, when the title states international, but then given a comparison to at&t?
