Its described as home shopping meets MTV. I say booo.

Mass media mentalities just wont cut it on the internet, its too easy to turn off and tune out. I even question the ability of niche social sites since facebook's open API and large user base make it a ripe ground for developers to take advantage of it.

Re: Understanding the R in CRM

Great points. With so many easy options for companies to start interacting with customers on a one on one level, there should be no excuse not to do so (facebook, blogs, email).

Every company uses CRM, using it more effectively can be the value proposition offered by your company, and its all at your finger tips.

great post.

Re: Go ahead and blog - Seth Godin says you should!

Thanks Stephen!

Blogging has opened up so many doors for me, I love spreading the word. Well done.

I think Seth is totally right, we rarely force ourselves to critically examine our thoughts or things around us, the process itself is totally rewarding!

Love the blog man, coffee for sure!

Re: Dirty for Swain - The Filthy Campaign for Clean Oceans (Video)

Great post Sami, I think you've summed up Chris pretty clearly, he's crazy for the environment.

It feels good to be involved in supporting a guy who's giving up a lot for a cause he truly believes in.

Rock on man!
