Anyway, I would really appreciate any feedback/input. Anyone please feel free to email me at kevinc at tinytwitter dot com. BTW, the first thing I am doing is making a more pleasing user interface (for v 1.0 I used the generic j2me controls) - for the next rev got some sweet (well sweeter) ui components!

To try v 1 just go to m.ttwt.at. The next rev will be coming soon and hopefully be closer to greatness w/ the help of the community.

Oh, and the blackberry (all non iphopne app) ecosystem for getting apps is definitely not good... but it is open :) ie, you can get tinytwitter or twitterberry or any of the other cool mobile bb app from anywhere and this is good - there just needs to be some organization perhaps.

Re: Ten Things I Want On My Mobile Phone

Yeh, that one was brought up by another user... will definitely take care of that! I am pumped about the next rev - it is gonna rock. Just need to make sure I build what you all want :)

If you have any interest in beta testing please send an email and I will get you hooked up.

kevinc at tinytwitter dot com

Re: Sleeping With The Enemy

you gotta get off that shit dude, you were much funnier when you were sleep deprived and walking the line. just kidding, sleep is a good thing they say :) later

Re: 2007/05/05/twitter-mobile/

that's cool... for another option check out tinytwitter.com. it's a j2me app that in theory should run on any java enabled device. it has a pretty nice feature set and will give you a bit richer user experience.

check it out and let me know what you think, how it goes, and if you have any questions, comments, or requests. it's early in dev and i want to get it humming on as many flavors of handsets as possible to put the "write once, run anywhere" notion to task :)

my twitter name is kcbigring - you can always reach me there.

Re: 2007/12/14/twitterberry/

got here latet to the party from the post about moblf... as another twitter option for your blackberry or win mobile try tiny twitter... just go to http://m.ttwt.at from your mobile.

Re: Fring Launches a Better Twitter Mobile Experience for non-iPhone Users

another option is tiny twitter - versions for windows moible, blackberry, nokia, and any other java enabled phone

i recently released a beta and would love feedback

go to http://m.ttwt.at or http://www.tinytwitter.com/m from your phone's browser to get the beta

Re: TweetCaster Brings Multi-Account Support to BlackBerry Twitter Users

tiny twitter is another option... would love to get feedback. go to http://m.ttwt.at on your phone to give it a try.

Re: Messing around with Twitter

i had similar issues w/ twitter and sms coming down the pipe so i created a java client as another alternative... no sms fees, automatic updates, advance features like replying, direct messages, auto updating , etc. Check it out as another option for getting Twitter on your mobile - tinytwitter.com

thanks

Re: Sick … and the state of mobile apps

Hey Robert,

Thanks for taking a look at Tiny Twitter… this is an app I put together after getting annoyed w/ the onslaught of Twitter SMS’s. Keep in mind it is a nights and weekend kinda thing and there are some known issues on the Nokia. Well, I think so anyway; I don’t have a Nokia device in hand… hey, Nokia if you are listening and want to lend a developer a hand I would love to get a N95 for “testing” 

Anyway, on Nokia’s the full tweet content does not render and you have to expand to see it all (that’s kinda lame I know). Also, I do not let you browse links yet. I actually saw your tweet on this earlier today and started looking into it. If it can be done, it’ll get done this weekend and the Tiny Twitter v. Scoble 1.0 will be ready to roll sometime late Sunday/early Monday.

Hope you are feeling 100% again!

Re: Thursday Tech Tip – BlackBerry Twitter App Shoot-Out

nice roundup and great feedback for me... thank you.

i will try to incorporate your suggestions into the next tiny twitter rev. i REALLY like the idea of a quick shortcut to get to the top of the list. also, not sure what is up w/ the pearl menu thing (dan's problem). i will look into that as well.
