Thank you Johnathon for your insight into the feelings around others comments that can be very hurtful unless an understanding of ones inner self is present to be able to analyse "why".
My son aged 32 has recently talked with me about a similar situation in his workplace which has got to him.
With your consent I would like to copy your projections on the need for a mirror and give it to him.
He has been along to an open house here in Australia but he has not taken the step to commit to the weekend.I will be having a meal with him on Thursday.
It is great to be able to converse with you again -I remember the work you did on staff in march05 when I was in your great country,
