a) anyone complaining about feeling left out has issues that have nothing to do with technology

b) you've never been a part of a list and then proudly talked about it? (Top bloggers, top influentials, etc)?

I'm actually going to disagree on you (and I guess Chris) on this one.

Some of the bloggers who are here get paid to blog. And they don't get paid to blog live update posts or wrapup posts about a professional conference that they attended. That information should/will be shared internally.

Not to mention, what would be the point of having a conference if every single minute detail was documented in triplicate across the web in blog posts.

I think the question is not "why won't people be blogging about this?" but, "is this worthy of blogging about?" I think some small tidbits, stories, and moments will be. But on a whole...not so much, and something you should experience for yourself in PERSON. And tweets give us the closest bridge to that experience. Period.

Wow. Having seen the interview Bloomberg had with Pete Cashmore today, and the number they tossed around...this seems like nothing. There must be some considerable liabilities Bloomberg is assuming. Because one would think the BusinessWeek brand alone with worth way more than 5million.

Thank you for finally leaving a comment here. Your twitter exploits have become well known, and we're assuming that's what you want. Attention.

You have very real problems and issues, and you need help. For whatever reason, you have taken time best spent elsewhere and turned it into a very sad libelous direction that I am currently taking action upon. Your IP address now assists me with that.

I don't know you. And you clearly don't know me. But I believe that whatever you've been though and whatever hate you have deep down, is not only misdirected...but downright creepy.

I have Hodgkins Lymphoma. And for you to say otherwise, hurts me, my family, and my friends. Having to go through the sickness, the fear, and the ups and downs makes me even sadder that you would say these things.

But sad is where it ends. It doesn't anger me, or scare me, or ruin what everyone is working hard for. It really just makes you look misguided.

Thank you Robert, I feel the same way about you. And as many times as I think my situations suck, I get an email or call from someone going through something infinitely tougher. For me, this is why the internet and social platforms exist.

I didn't pull a you're not a billionaire card. I pulled the what have you done that is successful that makes you an expert card, not being a smartass....fair question. I don't *think* twitter should do anything. I *think* they know what they're doing based on the past experience of the people involved.
