I have to say every year when I renew my membership I really feel I am getting a poor value. And the new Mobile Me features didn't convince me otherwise.

Re: Why I Still Go to Gay Pride

@DaDuck I didn't tell anyone just in case I changed my mind about blogging.

Re: Why I Still Go to Gay Pride

@heyitsjake I have been following your coming out on your blog. I do hope you get to come to a pride event next year. You will have an awesome time. I have heard awesome things about NYC pride. Actually I am supposed to be traveling your way in October. I can't wait to check out all the historic gay places in NYC when I am there.

Re: Why I Still Go to Gay Pride

@Jonathan Congratz on Lexington first public pride event. It must have been magical to attend. It must have truly felt like it felt exhilarating to be at such a historic event.

Re: Why I Still Go to Gay Pride

@Hilly you should come to SF Pride one year. I promise you wont be the token straight girl here. San Francisco is so full of love just as many straight people come to pride as do gays. And Darlin' you know Jester and I would make sure you had an awesome time.

Re: Why I Still Go to Gay Pride

@crail Thank you I am sure it is going to be a great weekend

Re: Why I Still Go to Gay Pride

@Steve First thank you for stopping by my blog. Secondly I agree pride does include many many things. I took a few minutes to look up pictures of Amsterdam Canal Pride. It looks like it would be an awesome time. I hope you enjoy yourself

Re: Which Mac Laptop Should I Buy?

I think the difference comes down to the quality of the other parts in the system. I have been in the position of to test the difference between the pro line and consumer line of mac laptops for about 5 years and the pro line of laptops have always been much faster.

Re: Which Mac Laptop Should I Buy?

No I am refering to just using the browser not launch times. Just using the browser.

Re: Which Mac Laptop Should I Buy?

I have to completely disagree. In my experience that has simply not been true. Just using firefox on the two different machines there is a very noticeable difference. Both my my machines are 2.0gig systems with 2 gigs of ram. While the Macbook is usable it is no where close in speed to the Macbook Pro.

Re: Which Mac Laptop Should I Buy?

I think you point is correct just because you are a professional that the pro models are not a requirement. I have both a Macbook and a Macbook Pro in my house. I have to say the difference in speed is quite noticeable. Much more than that stats seem to explain.
