I've been with them for at about 8 years, and while my bandwidth & storage space have increased exponentially, my rate hasn't gone up any. Plus, anytime I've had a problem - even if it was me doing something stupid - they're support staff has quickly and professionally helped me get stuff sorted out.

Re: Sanctuary for all

I've really been enjoying Sanctuary, too. I was surprised it was originally developed for the web - I'm really glad they moved it to TV. I tend to be a bit picky when it comes to sci-fi, but I really like what they're doing with the show and the characters are really developing well.

I will say, though, I did find myself wondering when quadrotritocale was going to show up on the last one - hehe

Re: New release: My Friends, My Flickr and Filter

Looks nice - thanks for the updates :)

Re: McCain on Christianity & the Presidency

That's a good post you made - you have some excellent points.

I think if - all other things were equal - that, yeah, I'd probably vote for the non-Christian. I hadn't taken that aspect into account in my initial comment.

Re: Country First?

So am I. That's an interesting idea, though. I missed the Eagleton mess, but I've read about it - you may well be right. I'm just glad our country pulled its collective head our of our collective ass long enough to realize putting those two in office would be a disaster.

Re: Soap opera casts injured vet for story on Iraq War soldiers

I got really choked up, too - it was just so well done.

Re: Soap opera hires injured Iraq vet to tell story of injured vets

I inadvertantly deleted the first version of this post, but I do have the comments that were posted previously. I'll have to repost them under my own name, and will do so when I wake back up - to tired to do that right now, though :(

Re: Soap opera hires injured Iraq vet to tell story of injured vets

[Copy of original comment from Marti_L, posted on Sun, 09 Nov 2008 02:05:52 -0000]

I saw that episode! I was wondering if they were using real soldiers for the scene - so glad to know they did! Thanks for bringing this to people's attention.
