Wordpress also has the option of blogging from email. I've never used it though.

Those are some great idea. The extension is only version 0.1 so there is a ton of room for improvement.

The purpose of this post is simple. While Ubiquity is powerful, most users won't be proficient enough to use it.

I love to have my intelligence insulted by someone who can't form a proper sentence. LOL

Danielle,
It doesn't look like they sell them through the store anymore. I did find a place to buy them online here: http://www.magicalprices.com/pd_disney_family_c...

Yeah, I wish they still published the newspaper.

No, I don't believe they've made this downloadable. You may try a site like http://www.mousebits.com/ if you are familiar with bit torrent.

Joanna,
Not sure what you are asking. If you click on the link in the post, you can go to the site that hosts the audio.

MouseGeeks.com used to have an awesome audio selection. Unfortunately, it looks like it's gone, so the link above is no longer valid. Does anyone know what happened to their audio?

Chad, that is awesome. I'm not sure I would bid $100 without seeing it in person though. Definitely a unique item though.

I think if the park gets more popular and attendance increases, it would stay open later and probably open earlier. At least I hope so.

Marc,
Thanks for chiming in. It's good to see you guys are listening and updating your suspension procedure. My biggest beef with it was level of communication. Something easily fixed on your side. Also, not being able to get a refund was incredibly frustrating.

Good point, Ron. This has a ton of limitations right now. I wonder how these will evolve over time.

Yeah, I think it gives developers a free/cheap sandbox to play with their ideas and inevitably, some will be good and bubble to the top.

I've made both the changes that Herr and charlie suggested. I've uploaded the new zip file.

I also got the permissions to post it to extend.wordpress.org, so I will be doing that shortly.

Sheri,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. However, I'm glad that this blog post is providing a platform for other guests to vent about their experience and maybe if it's a big enough problem, Disney will address it someway.

in Your Daddy’s Development Model Sucks! on Radical Behavior
TJ,
You are write that iterative is several small waterfall projects, and that's the good thing. Rather then getting down the entire path, there is opportunity to revise, ebb and flow.

The length of time is dependant completely on the project and the project requirements. The book Head First Software Development says 20 working days is a good guideline, but you should always customize that to the project.

Wil,
I have not looked at the Zend_Build proposal as of yet. Do you have a link to it?

My comment on Forms might have been my relative inexperience. I thought it was odd to create each form element separately and then have to go through an additional step of adding it to the form. I'm guessing this last step lets me set the display order?

Also, I needed to have a select object that was populated with data from the database. I had to do a DB select, iterate through to add it to an array and then add that array to the select object. Seemed unnecessary.

in Safari 3.1 on Windows: a true competitor on Radical Behavior
Yeah Firefox plugins are a major hurdle to adopting Safari or the upcoming IE8. It would be sweet if some developer wrote a proxy plugin for Safari that would allow Firefox plugins to work with Safari. Is that possible?

Unfortunately not. Someone went through the effort of recording it and posting it on Google Video. Otherwise, you can only see it in the Disney Hotel rooms.

Heather,
This is great information. Thanks for sharing it. I definitely contemplated talking to them all day and then didn't. If it happens again - which I hope it doesn't - I will make sure I reach out to Disney.
