that's a very cool idea. i'm tentatively taking on two interns next year and am going to try to use tokbox to do some interviews online. i think it's going to be very cool if it works out.

hey dj - kudos on the conf. i read some of the tweets and listened to that session via ustream with the lifechurch dudes and cynthia moderating. even without seeing the screen, the interaction was great and very inspiring. congrats and hope you have a restful weekend reconnecting with your fam.

I really appreciate the first bullet - relationships rather than production. The other thing I appreciate, and although you didn't say it, is that the idea is scalable since it seems like NewSpring is growing so fast.

i've been using zip ties for everything of late. bought a vacuum cleaner that was missing screws - zip tie it. lawnmower lost screws - zip tie it. hung a mounted map of south america in my unfinished basement office - yup zip ties baby.

I'm liking that one. But I know it's not so easy is it....

i'm in the midst of getting 5 student mission teams ready for this summer. the biggest hurdle is the budget of around $150K. totally overwhelming.
