in The great Firefox 2 vs. IE 7 memory test on Scobleizer
I heard that IE has to create a new instance of each of your installed toolbars for every tab you have open - that's likely to have a big impact on performance. Robert: did you have any toolbars running during the test?

in Why do I need Windows Vista? on Scobleizer
I know it's been said time and time again already, but any chance of transcoding these to Flash video (or Quicktime or something)? The user experience for Windows Media on the Mac is pretty terrible, which means that a chunk of the target audience for these videos (those of us on a non-Windows OS) have trouble watching them. Can you even watch WMVs on Linux?
Even uploading to Google Video would help fix this problem, because it can transcode to Flash for you.
