No, Penn is not in that area. It's like me, living in Kansas, arguing with Q-west or Verizon that I want their DSL special, that was mandated by the governement to sell for cheap only in their territory, and me not being able to get it and start crying like a baby...WHUAAAAA!TonyCWed, 20 Jun 2007 15:36:31 -0000
