in Four of six debate watchers still undecided on The Eagle-Tribune
When you combine the first debate with McCain and Obama and last night's debate with Palin and Biden, you get a profile of two highly intelligent, experienced, reasoned and reasonable adults vs an angry arrogant and erratic old man with a cute, folksy but fairly empty headed tow-along. Obama/Biden have won hand down.

NH Dream on! Obama is a nobody and a nothing, controlled by Communists. Is this what you want for your kids? You ought to be ASHAMED.

66 Obama/Biden your darn right they did......Palin is an embaressment on us, and McCain needs to remember to put in his upper teeth next time he speeks. Imagine if McCain gets elected and dies the next year, Palin would struggle to put on a nationwide bake sale, never mind run this country.

Obama has a solid background in International Relations and Constitutional Law, and 11YEARS of legislative experience that is open to the public. If you want to know more about the details of Senator Obama's positions than he is able to state in a rally, go to www.barackobama.com
As for health care, Americans don't need to be forced to buy health care- they want it. Forcing a mandate would simply play into the hands of insurance companies- if you pass a law forcing people to buy something, the providers of that product have a free ride- they no longer have to care about the price or the quality of the product, since everyone has to buy it anyway. Obama is mandating insurance for children. The rest of us are adults. As for people who would 'wait to get sick' that is easily solved by law in the same way it is now by insurance companies that penalize people who do that. The most important issue about mandates is one you didn't raise: A bill for mandated insurance won't pass- Obama's will.
Obama is a thinking, caring, moral man and a brilliant politician. The more you look into his ideas the more you see the way they will actually work in the real world of bipartisan politics. What he offers is a new paradigm for American politics- we need to grab it while we can. This kind of greatness comes along only rarely.
