A woman who was twice the legal limit plus on pot drove her car the wrong way on the Taconic Parkway and crashed into another car. She killed four children in her car (ages 2 through 8) and 3 in the other car plus herself. Three of the children were her sister's and the other one was her own. The people in the other car were a man and his adult son and a friend who were coming home from a fishing trip. A bottle of Vodka was found in her car and based on her stomach contents it is believed that she was drinking from the bottle while driving her car with the kids in it.
