Girls don't necessarily go for 6-packs abs, but they don't go all too often for fat blobs either...

Apart from that, getting, or having 6 pack abs is such a great motivation which gives an incredible feeling good about yourself and THAT shows even WITH your clothes on. That confidence is what will attract girls... so build your personality one way or the other (and yes, six packs CAN help with that, but are not the end all)

I'd like to see a proper demonstration of a good morning with a more challenging weight. There is a difference between using a "lighter" weight and using no weight at all (as the gent on youtube is doing).

wht's the use of doing an exercise if the weight is not challenging ?

I followed your procedure (under windows 7), but I got:

Which is not only different than your example, but worse, it doesn't work (I get an error message about an illegal entry in the bootloader of some sorts at boot time)
