in Group Policy Editor in XP Home? A Tweakers Dream on Shooting at Bubbles
I think it could work if edited slightly.

Unfortunately this file won't register with regsvr32 in 'run'.

"appmgmts.dll"

The file path is proper but the message says:

"C:\WINDOWS\system32\gpedit\appmgmts.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found.

This file can not be registered."

All the others worked fine, apart from this file.
