You live happier because you don't care. If the employee of the company look unhappy, I believe this is not because of <i>they do not have the "passion" for the company (as what the CEO said)</i> but something is wrong in the company. During school life, most of us hate study, hate to attend classes and hate exams. Things changed after we enter the working environment, some of us might feel like want to take up some courses just to gain more knowledge.
