I have been suffering identical difficulties.
I an using XP on a notebook and it would not recognize my sound card even though it said the driver was there.

I solved the problem by going to the gateway website, and downloading the original audio driver for my gateway computer model, reinstalled the driver and it now works great.

MrsU. I just wanted to thank you for all the effort you go through to make these videos available to us!
It is Soooo nice to be able to just click the link and save the vid, rather than wait for it to buffer and all the other hoops I might otherwise have to go through. I get so much more reading of the important issues done that way!

I have been watching the Utube snafu for a while now, and now this, so I thought I’d see what happened if an entirely innocuous video was flagged as hate speech. So I flagged the one and only file I ever up loaded as hateful and I invite any and all who wish to do so to flag it as well. Naturally the poor fly skewered on the bill of a humming bird is hateful, right?
I will send any responses I receive MrsU.
