I call Whirlpool and end up having to make appt. with A&E repair. A&E comes out, orders parts from Whirlpool, makes another fix appt. Whirlpool sends a SILVERWARE TRAY (!) to fix the washer instead of the drum. Big size difference there, and the little silverware tray box was labeled DRUM. So, at least two idiots are involved on that one. A&E come and decide that no matter how the silverware tray is set in the washer, it just won’t be able to fix it.

I don’t believe your comment policy had anything to do with the comment traffic, depending upon where you put it. The addition of a here to your comments policy within the comments area has no impact. Spelling out your comments policy with a lot of confrontational language within the comment form area can.
