I noticed that Bitly is striping the hash (#) I have in my long URL with the import formula when it creates my short url.

But when I create a short url on the bitly website this does not happen. Any idea what I need to do to keep the hash in my long url?

Also any updates needed to your formula now that Bitly is using v4 for API instead of v3?

Thank you!

Re: Klaviyo raises $1.5M to hire great people and to continue building the best ecommerce email platform

Rock on! I often find they come when I am doing the most repetitive or seemingly thoughtless motions. Long hikes staring at the changing ground below me, washing dishes or listening to the constant breaking of waves at the ocean.

Cheers to a year of clarity, confidence and growth.

Re: Find the right tent for Burning Man: Tips from Joseph

hey jack, yup we did end up with the REI half dome and its been a great tent. Granted we were at burning man last year which I have learned was one of the more tame years in terms of climate and sand storms. either way i would still recommend this tent.

Re: http://dave.radparvar.com/post/22527752464

thanks kevin! what are u up to these days? didnt realize you were a developer, what sort of projects are you up to?

Re: A CSS3 Overlay System

Great post. I really like how facebook uses overlay when showing images clicked in the newsfeed. The coolest part i see in that is that it changes the URL to a permalink rather while still keeping the experience seamless. Any idea how they did that?

Re: HOLSTEE - The Holstee

Hey peter we will be posting size guide soon but for reference the Medium has a chest width of 19.5" and is about 27" long from shoulder to seam. The way Ilya did it was by starting with a projector and shining the manifesto onto the big fabric then outlining in chalk then painting it, I must say it took a lot of hard work! He was working on it for about 4 days do definitely a big commitment but was a labor of love ;-)

PS. I can't speak for anyone else but I always refill my card. The only non refillable cards are the one time use ones and they are paper. You are right though there is a ton of waste with the cards, what I would love to see is if the metrocard itself discounted the fair but you had to pay additional for the card - this would entice folks to get cards and keep cards.

In general the metrocards represent what is ultimately a much more efficient form of travel than cars or taxis. Though for all of us here at Holstee, even the subway comes second to our bike and skateboards :-)

Thanks for thinking and asking.
