60 percent penetration is a low penetration rate not a high one as you imply here.
In fact, Estonia has over 120 percent mobile penetration, I don't know where you're getting your figures but they're incorrect.

Oh yeah, I didn't mean to claim it wasn't in non-city areas, I mean you can almost guarantee it if you're anywhere near a city/large town.

In fact, HSDPA covers a lot of non-city areas too now. I've used it successfully all over the place.

Also, with regards to PAYG data tariffs Three I believe have a good deal and they have decent 3G coverage, with a lot of HSDPA in city areas atleast.

The Nokia E66 does have Wi-Fi, on Nokia's site it's listed; WLAN 802.11b, 802.11g. On this page http://europe.nokia.com/A41148255 about half way down.

I had the Nokia E65, it's predecessor, an ok phone, Wi-Fi network connectivity is pretty lame on all phones I've used with the exception of (I hate to be that guy but it's true) the iPhone.

If you dig around the settings you should be able to find it, there should also be a way of putting Wi-Fi search on the home screen (I'm assuming it's similar to other S60 devices I've used). However, I think the A-GPS needed for Nokia maps may need cell data connectivity.

For the record, I ordered a few days ago on their site and picked it up at the store today, got it without a hitch. I know just can't wait to get home.
