I live in NA and attend many games and there is nothing to get that excited about yet, he plays against inferior competition so you never know how good he is (only played 5 teams with winning records). The best team they have played is Jeff and they are not that great.

Southern Indiana is just not up to par with the Indys central and northern schools . He might be good but I will reserve my opinion until I see what he does against good teams in the Tourny.

Why dont you follow all the stories of schools that break rules and do not get investigated by the NCAA. I hear ya with still wanting to hammer Sampson but once again you should be more angry at the NCAA. This site has given the NCAA a free pass and decided to hammer Sampson but I'm not jumping on the hammer Samson bandwagon. THEY WERE PHONE CALLS PEOPLE!! Every player that leaves USC has a story that follows them about how much money they got while at SC and the NCAA does absolutely nothing. Get mad at the real problem, Myles brand and the NCAA. I hope Sampson has a great carrier and makes lots of cash doing so. I will never lay all the blame on him and I am still a Sampsonite!

A "blue chip committee" that "will not be releasing their findings publicly" sounds to me like the powers that be (the Alum who fired Knight and apparently didn't get any say on Sampson being hired so they were still pouting about it) are going to hire who they want to this time. Probably Tom fucking Creen or some other d-bag that they see fit. I hate to say it but we have become like Notre Dame in that our Alumni have WAY WAY WAY to much pull in what happens in our sports programs. They fired Knight and I would not be surprised at all if a couple of them had a hand in on the NCAAs hurry up offense in getting rid of Sampson.

Saying that Assembly hall should name its court Bob Knight court is the least you can do for the all-time winningest coach in NCAA history, it cannot be talked about enough, its not only the right thing to do its the ONLY thing to do. Our bad D made Northwesterns gimmicky offense look good when we played them at B-town as well. If we would happen to play Georgetown in the tourney (who also runs a version of the the Pete Carril, Princeton offense) it would be a disaster, they run the Princeton offense with a bunch of tall black guys,instead of a bunch of short white and Asian guys. We would get mauled

And you know I cant speak without bitching about the NCAA making a joke out of our program, since we and KS have been reprimanded twice by the NCAA in 2 years for phone calls the following has been ignored by the NCAA

1.) USC football continues to stack its roster with 5 star blue chip recruits who would
rather sit the bench for 3 years than start and play at another school, all while being in a court battle where people admit to giving Reggie Bush tons of cash and whatever he wanted, has the NCAA even looked into it? Its going on 3 years now since the accusations first surfaced and all I have heard about is the trial, I have heard nothing about the NCAA looking into it.

2.) The modern day Tark the shark, John Calipari, has continued to load his roster with guys that think Memphis is spelled with an N (pronounced Meinphus) and have a 3rd grade reading level, yet has been allowed to get these guys declared "learning disabled" to get them into college so he can stack his roster with morons

3.) For going on 20 years now, Florida States injured players on the sideline STILL wear 10,000 gold chains and earrings with the NCAA not so much as raising an eyebrow

4.) Some professors at Duke have been complaining and continue to complain about the fact that 75% of Duke players graduate with Sociology degrees and the professors maintain that the program is fixed for the players to pass easily

The bottom line is the NCAA picks and chooses when and who to bust, I will go to my grave fully believing that this season was sabotaged by Myles Brand, its not a coincidence that the NCAAs report came at the same day as we began our toughest stretch of the season. I dont know why but somebody on the inside wants to take us down, is what KS did against the rules no matter how stupid the rule? sure, but he pissed off the wrong person somewhere along the line and we ALL have had to pay the price.

If anyone remembers we didn't finish off Penn State at B-town until the last 5 minutes. That game was way closer than the final score indicated. Were just a bunch of lame ass crybabies. I hate to see DJ go out like this.
