The books look really Christmas inspired. I heard the new Christmas Carol movie with Jim Carey, lacks emotion but there are good scenes in there. It seems Bob Hoskins plays a great role, but the Jim Carey's voice as the candle is not good. I have not seen it yet. Have you? Hugs, Margie.

Until you are ready to buy a new car, why not buy "carbon offsets". Check out carbonfund.org or terrapass.com for more information. It isn't a perfect solution but at least it is something. I've even given these as gifts to my friends and family.

JSIS is NOT a magnet school. The spots are being taken up by siblings first, then neighborhood kids by distance second.

In the new assignment plan, the earlier draft had an English-only option to be added at JSIS, but now it says , "John Stanford International School (JSIS) will be an attendance area school offering language immersion in Spanish and Japanese. This will be a whole school program (all students participating in the language immersion program). Because there will not be an “English” path, JSIS will be linked with another attendance area school. If a family does not want the language immersion program, or if the language immersion program is not appropriate for a student, the linked school would serve as the attendance area school."

This is a hard one for me. I tend to interrupt in a conversation because my brain is already formulating my response.

However, when using applications such as IM and Google Chat I am forced to "listen" to the entire response and I like that. It's good training for real life :)

I like the idea of "Secs Awareness". What about have a person or persons go from office to office, and remove something from that office without being noticed. Have them note what office it was removed from. You could then start your presentation with something like "Every one of you has experience a security breach this morning. How many of you know about it?" That should get their attention. Then point out if their stapler could be removed without their knowledge, next time it could be their purse, or something more valuable or sensitive.

What I could come up with off the top of my head.

I am trying to prepare to be a new mom in the spring, and Earth Mama Angel Baby is one set of products that make me feel all warm and fuzzy. I don't have to worry about their products being toxic to me or the baby, and the quality is high and the website is so sweet : ) I will be breastfeeding my little guy or gal, and would love to have this kit all lined up to go for when I need it!
