For me, I am not as upset as many other people. While I like to watch games via the tele, I purchased Sirius Radio a few years ago and have not been upset I did. They normally broadcast the 7:30 game, one of the 10 am game, every once in a while the 12 pm kickoff and the Sunday games. Last year I believe they broadcasted all mid week games.

I'm just a sports freak period. I have the premiumtv online subscription, Chelsea FC Online subscription, and look forward to seeing more games live on FSC this year. If I could only afford that Setanta subscription if the one online TV deal goes through.

Yes the chat was fun and a way to wake up. Look forward to doing that more.

While I do not have Setanta, I have been able to find games that were broadcast there and must say, I WISH FOX SOCCER CHANNEL would do the same. Let the presenters on site do all the pre match build, raise the crowd noise to get the entire match experience, and posted scoring updates during the 3 pm kickoffs. I will say that I was happy with my Sirius coverage as well as I got two of the games that were on Setanta there and had no problems with my coverage.

Here's to fun coming back to the weekends.

All I know to say is thank you for answering the questions you had for me in the chat room today. It really helped me and made up my mind that the setup can't be that bad, espically if the customer service is going to be top notch. I guess they know that w/o good customer service as well with such an infant product, they won't be around.

Again thanks and look forward to when I'll be getting the product.

They are giving me more reasons to get their product. Boy January can't get here fast enough. That plus Setanta Broadband once I get my Income Tax check in will make me a happy happy man!

Hey TT,

Most of the games that kickoff here at 10 am are even still roughly 45 seconds to a minute behind during the second half.

All I know is the Christmas season can't get here fast enough. Setanta via ITVN is going to be a great gift.

Okay remind me never to fly out of Fort Lauderdale to Manchester.

Nothing beats hearing that English Premier League Techno coming onto the pitch. Add the volume of the crowd during the match and it sent chills down my spine.

Excellent podcast. The interview from outside the ground discussing what to do with Goodison was very interesting. Great stuff, only enhances the experience!

I would ask Marcus his opinion on what Reading could do in the transfer market come the first of the year to see his side fight for a UEFA Cup or even Intertoto Cup position?

And what lessons from their unprecedented Championship run have they brought up with them to the Premiership.

57 million dollars between Fox Soccer Channel and Setanta Sports...wow.

Trying to cover those costs will be a task indeed. I really can't see a way for FSC to cover costs unless they find a major big name sponsor to help cover costs. I think Setanta will be a little bit better off because they are an a-la-carte network that makes a little money off the amount of subscribers they get.

One thing I would love to see both networks try and do come next season (or even towards the end of this season) is do some sort of pregame and postgame coverage. I know FSC makes a half hearted attempt at this with Super Saturday, but I think both networks would be wise to do a full comprehensive pre-game covering the games of the day. Setanta does it every once in a while on the North American feed and both have the TWI 'EPL Preview' show...but something on gameday that builds up the matches more would be a great plus. Hopefully with the money they ponied up for the rights, they will add a couple of new dimensions to their coverage.

I've been saying this for the last two months. Now with the rumor mill from very credible sources saying Mourinho is in trouble, something tells me that the poor result last night plus the fact I honestly feel it's Champions League or bust for Chelsea this season could see the special one looking for his next challenge.

When you go for one title, you end up winning none.

I don't think the Russian Mob makes collect calls. They just show up at your doorsteps to finish off the hit.

As a Chelsea fan, I can't remember the last time Chelsea were this dreadful for an entire 90 minutes. My blog tomorrow over on the EPL Community Site should be quite interesting indeed as I throw my team under the bus in a way that I think Jose wants to in public.
