I agree that we should embrace each moment in our life. Even we are feeling bad, let us feel it and then move on. Without feeling bad, we never know how to appreciate joy!

This is a great post! I totally agree that no healthy means no wealth. I was frequently sick last month. I couldn't concentrate in my work as I was tired and dizzy most of the time. I realized the importance to keep a healthy body and mind so that we can enjoy this life! Thanks!

in The 5 Baffling Facets of Wealth on Billionaire Woman
I do agree with your points. Wealth for me is $ and health. $ can't buy happiness but we need money to sustain our life. At least with money, we do not need to worry about the basic needs, therefore we can enjoy life better and focus on the self development that brings happiness and joy to ourselves as well as to the people around us. Without health, no matter how much money we have, we can't enjoy life!

Nathalie Lussier Thanks Rosabel. I think we are on the same wavelengths when it comes to money and health. They are both necessary to a given degree, and can both be enjoyed in unison. :)

in How To Make Your WorkWeek Work For You Not Against You on Billionaire Woman
I do hear lots of people complain about going to work. Thank Goodness that these days I enjoy going to work because I'll be seeing all wonderful and adorable children in school. I suggest that every morning, we practice Alternate Nostril Breathing to prepare our mental and body for the whole day of work! It helps very much to start anew every day!

Nice post! I like the way you address our bad feelings as inner parent. We do need to spend time for ourselves to get to know ourselves better. Learn to accept and acknowledge the bad and good feelings, so that we move on with positivism.

in The Missing Ingredient to Success on Billionaire Woman
Great post! I read Louise Hay's book and it gives me a great impact. I'm still practicing the steps to improve my self-esteem and be positive most of the time. For my surprise, I do change and improve a lot. I have lots to overcome and practice in order to build a strong self-esteem. As you mentioned, people around you are important to give a positive influence. Sometimes the closest to us will be the one that keep trying to break our confidence and self-esteem. I'm still moving forward, maybe I just need to eliminate this person out of my live if the situation persists.

in Self-Sabotage: How To Turn Resistance Into Momentum on Billionaire Woman
Great post! I used to self-sabotage myself that I can't make it, I should accept things the way it is though I'm not happy/satisfied. However, a voice within me just keep me moving and changing my thinking. Think positive and be positive at all time are the essential elements that we must have to keep moving towards our goal!
All happenings have a reason, but we always look at the positive side of the happenings and learn from them. Good and bad experiences are meant to help us become a better person! Have faith and hope and be positive!

Nathalie Lussier Thanks Rosabel! I know what you mean when you say that you "should just accept the way things are", since I often do that. Sometimes I think acceptance is a good thing, but then other times I know it's just an excuse for not taking action.

Thank you for bringing light to that possibility. I love your positive attitude!

Lots of people has their own dream or goal, but they dare not step out from the comfort zone that they are currently in. We just live once, if we don't go for what we want right now, when are we going to do so? Most important, we must enjoy the process of change and learn from each lessons in life whether it is good or bad!

Nice post! Wish your trip to China is a very pleasant trip, in advance! I used to worry about lots of things in life until I have problem sleeping. I couldn't get to sleep even though I was exhausted. My health was affected badly. Later I learned to overcome my worries by being positive at all time. I go to gym now and then to release and replace with new energy. Being with children most of the time also help me a lot as they make me laugh and relax. Laughter is the best medicine. Positivism brings positivity in life!

in One Number That Has The Power to Change Your Life on Billionaire Woman
I like your blog very much! I never believe that age is a reason to stop us from chasing after our dreams or goals. We are given this one and only life and we should fully utilize the time given to us no matter how old we are. When I told my friends that I would further my master degree in older age, they are laughing at me and told me that I'm silly to still want to go back study at old age. Well, why bother how people look at us? Most important is that we don't was our time in giving excuses! I love learning and never stop learning and exploring, not til my last breath on earth. Very good reminders to all of us especially those keep saying age is their limitation! Age is not the limitation, but we give ourselves lots of limits without daring to challenge ourselves!
