I began the ingestion of Whole-Food-Based, nutrient-dense suplements.

Considering that I'm barely over eleven months of abusive medical drugs (to, hopefully, eliminate a virus from my liver) I'm feeling much better {if the FDA is listening, I make no claims...}

So, what are the similarities and differences of "Raw" and "Whole"

You got me going ! Had to fire up my Visual Thesaurus (where I play with words...).

Being a poet makes me play very seriously with words, ideas, syntax, grammar, and punctuation.

Often, I play like a little kid--changing the rules as I go along--playing with slippery concentration--searching for the word images that can infuse my work with deep feeling...

I rely heavily on them reaching me. I make my profile as attractive as I can and let the bytes fall where they may...

*What features or tools help you to maintain these connections?

Google Reader and Gmail plus my instant Reader > FriendFeed > Twitter connection.

*What features or tools are missing that you feel could help you to grow your connections even more?

I've taken Chrome for a spin and it's replaced FireFox3 as my default browser.

I'm a dedicated blogger and Google's browser just fits my needs.

PanAm is in bed with the government and Howard Hughes' TWA is the renegade who "threatens" the "stability" of transcontinental flight...

Actually, I think Hughes, though laying waste to a congressional hearing armed to take him down, could have learned something from Google.
