I was looking at the Cyberpower website and they've actually got a quicker one - the S2 with an i950 processor, but the $2859 price tag makes the eyes water a bit.

Technically it's a good mouse, but this is another clunky design by Microsoft. It doesn't feel great to hold - they should think about smoother shapes like Razer use.

Are Apple trying to encourage customers to download torrents? It's bad enough that the UK site seems to ignore currency conversion rates ... when it was $1.90 to the £ they were charging $0.99 and £0.79 per track.

Doesn't seem a good idea when Amazon have started selling music tracks for less.

Who's the daftest? The marketing people who thought that this was a good idea, or the Star Trek die-hards who might actually buy it?

Same here - player versus player was great, you always wanted to finish your opponent off with the decapitation move. Ah, it brings back memories.

I tried one of these recently and found it to be pretty good. Comfortable to use and easy to get used to the layout. Certainly cheaper than buying a separate gaming keypad.
