It just isn't fun watching these games with the give it up attitude for the rest of the year. It would seem that the Guys would just want to take a little pride and give it all that they have. But it looks as though they just want to coast now. I wish I could say it wasn't that way.

I just went ahead and turned off the game today. I just couldn't watch another game given away. Is there any chance that we can get some Middle Relief this year or hold onto a lead? Good by for today

Evidently getting 9 runs and having a 6 run lead isn't enough for the Braves. It seemed as though we really had a good chance today and it was a highlight to see Hampton pitch after taking off for 35 months. He did good. This is another one of those one run games we just don't have any chance to win these days.

That was a great Harry Carey today! Ohman has another career after baseball. But I liked the 9 run 4th inning better and against Hammels no less, now I'm hoping we can hold on. Now we definitely need to give Mike Hampton credit for first of all starting the game today and actually pitching very well. Now if we can get the Bull pen to hold the Phillies we could feel good about this game.

Well JB, It appears that your blog was very prophetic concerning Frenchy. I hope to see him take advantage of the time in the minors along with being with his old batting coach to see if he can get that "old Swing" back. If he takes advantage of the time while back down along with getting some of the pressure off him maybe it will all work for the best.

How About Gonzales making that dramactic closing tonight. Nice to see someone come in anxious to get up there and make some outs. He looked good. I also liked the rally win in the 9th! Well hopefully u will find a few more Braves Fans that are Brave enough to admit it. I know that they, the cub fans, don't mind hooping it up down here in Atl when they come into town. Plus we don't usually give them a hard time either. Jaq, bring us back lots of Pics and good stories but most of all bring us back at least a win!
