Porto is playing a league of Sunday league football clubs ! and Ronaldo was priceless for us - 12mn GBP ...Nani and Anderson cost us 17 mn apiece but they are both young and have a bright future ahead. We are not like Rafa who spent 8mn to keep Robbie Keane for a few months and then dispose. So yes we have spent money but if you compare the money to success ratio it is nothing for our club.

Only some of our players are expensive not all. We have one of the best academies in Europe where they hone homegrown talent right from early teenage till the brink of success. Neville, Beckham, Scholes, Evans, Gibson, Foster you get umpteen examples you name it we have it !! Inspite of being under huge debts we have managed to maintain a wonderful squad who are playing for the quintuple not just a one pony tournament team like Liverpool !!

Are you insane, Man U budget for players are by far one of the biggest in the world. Did you forget that they have picked up two average players from Portugal like Nani and Anderson for close to 80 milllion euro, and Berbatov, how much was he?And that idiot Ronaldo costs the club 2100.00 euro per hour reguardless of the time of the day???Man U is playing for whatever cups every other league is playing as well. You think your the only ones with multiple cups or tournaments? How much do you know of football? Porto is in the elite of clubs FYI, with two champions league cups, two intercontinental cups (world champions) one UEFA cup and 17 domestic titles in the last 20 years..Porto is so far ahead of the portuguese league they are contemplating playing the spanish league instead..

Did you see the match? Henry shot at goal and the goalie came rushing at his boots - hardly a foul let alone a red card.

The kick was obviously accidental and thus wouldn't warrant any card, especially since he touched the ball first but the sliperry pitch gave made it hard for him to stop on time. Great game by a dazzling barca side!

To put it this way - our defence is fragile at the moment and we need strong cover from the midfield in the form of Carrick, Fletcher and Anderson. Dont play Scholes. Let Ji Sung Park start and Giggs on the subs. Ronaldo does not have defensive skills and gives the ball away, so move him from the wings and put him as a lone striker upfront with Rooney and Tevez as attacking midfielders feeding the ball to him. Start Berba on the subs. How about this now can you write this to Fergie on my behalf for the return match at Porto !!

i think you are under some kind of hallucination what have you eaten ? This season we have lost only 2 matches more than you in the Premier League and overall it is the same as you lot were dumped off the FA and Carling Cups early. That said before this season we did doubles over you in 2 consecutive seasons and in the 2005/2006 season we beat you once in the PL. You lots have not won the PL in 18 years, the only cup you won was a fluke victory over AC Milan after being outplayed for 120 minutes. Your domestic position among the Big 4 has been under question time and again. Is there need to say more ?

we also won fa cup and maybe u forget that when ferguson came to manchester he had to build a team which took 7 years before he won title. it was same situation for benitez when he came to liverpool. manchester should have been beating liverpool more times because they have been better team but this season liverpool is progressing and getting better each season that is why they beat manchester twice. wat an idiot u are as well to say istanbul is fluke we did same thing in fa cup agasint west ham, we are the only team to do it in cup final something manchester will never be able to do.

Teams like Liverpool sustain only in the short run but not season after season - they have used their advantage of a less busy season to keep their legs busy enough to get big results in these big games. We all know how they were struggling only a month back specially in that FA Cup game against Everton they were made to look like fools. I think Manchester United is the club of the century who have demonstrated true potential for developing young talent and cruising to glory season after season. In this matter Rafa will never ever match the legendary SAF even if sun starts rising in the west !!
