I did look at Terabitz a while back - I see that they have a bit more content, the interface is pretty crisp and the dashboard is great - how can an agent use it and get it on their site though?

Marc - I am not sure, but the stats I've seen (need to do more research maybe) suggest that foreclosures are at about 1% more than last year.

That number is not anywhere near a significant number in relation to the number of homes being financed and mortgages being paid every day by Mr & Mrs JQ Public.

Your comments were kind of a 'no duh' for me but I recognize that many real estate professionals just do not know any other way to see it.

The spread of social media as mainstream media will continue to drive the adoption of standards such as OpenID in this space. Cannot happen soon enough I think - I dislike having to maintain PW & ID's in a dozen+ places.

Did not even consider it. Social media is evolving and the mis-steps and mistakes we make as it evolves should not precipitate a knee jerk reaction.

Facebooks' responses were both timely and appropriate as we all discover the boundaries of what and how this technology can be used and best serve the community at large.
