At least they couldn't whine about waiting in line at the polls, every 15 minutes lost is tragic.

Since some posters had a delay of a whole hour and a half even though a MAJOR rail line was completely shut down for over three hours I thought we could all come up with a standard MBTA grading system, please let me know what you think.
A – Helicopter waiting for you, delay of 15 minutes.
B – Police car waiting for you, delay of 30 minutes.
C – Free cabs lined up for you, delay of 45 minutes.
D – Arrange for your own ride home, delay of 1 hour.
E – Call for a cab yourself, delay of 1 hr. 15 minutes.
F – Realize thousands are stranded and make the best of the situation, delay of 1.5 hours or more.

*"Shane Chapman had a choice. He could choose to wear a helmet or he could choose not to. Instead, he let the state decide for him. There’s no law that said he had to wear a helmet, so he didn’t."*

In this paragraph, you say that Shane had a choice, AND the state made the choice for him. If the state made the choice for him, he would have been FORCED to wear a helmet.
In Idaho, the state has chosen not to be envolved in that particular issue. It is up to the rider to decide.
It's just one more freedom about to be taken away. I'm not saying that helmets are bad. I wear mine every ride. I'm saying that I'm smart enough to take every safety precaution available to me. I don't need the government telling me that I HAVE to take those precautions.
Next, they'll be saying I can't ride because it's too dangerous, and I might die......
