in Renting A Movie Through iTunes on Webomatica
Interesting review...I wondered how the iPod rental system would work. $2.99 isn't a bad price considering you don't have to leave your home and you get almost instant results.

in Movie Notes: The Fountain on Webomatica
I do have to agree that the word 'Convoluted ' best describes this movie. While it had great visuals, I was left scratching my head at the end.

Great movie...was shocked at a lot of the sudden deaths to some of the major characters.

Wow...the new Terminator movie sounds pretty interesting. Wonder if they're going to tie in anything to that Sarah Connor Chronicles show?

haha...I remember that movie. The first two (and the new one) were awesome...but the third and fourth were just too inane to be taken seriously.

in Warning: How Not To Use Google Reader on Webomatica
I've always heard that it was good marketing to supply a partial article. That way you won't be posting duplicate content AND you're getting people to your site on a regular basis.

in Zuckerberg Apologizes: Facebook Changes Beacon To Respect Privacy on Webomatica
It does seem like Facebook's actions were a little sneaky. Users should only receive advertisements if they CLEARLY understand what they're getting.

in Get Gas, Air, Clean Windshield, and Now Google Maps on Marketing Pilgrim
I have to agree with both those in favor and against it. The concept's really good, but if the maps are not on a separate panel that wouldn't delay the next person from being serviced, then that's a self-defeating functionality.

in Why Small Businesses Don’t Invest in Online Marketing on Marketing Pilgrim
Many good products and services are still practically unknown to a lot of potential customers because of the points covered here. If only the owners or operators behind these small businesses make an effort to know more about what's available to them through the internet, they probably would think twice about not having an online presence, whether marketing or making online business transactions.

in A Six Step Plan to be Profitable in Internet Retail on Marketing Pilgrim
I've ready your previous post and this one is more helpful for people who'd like to venture into internet retail. Telling what to avoid and what to do instead comes across as really trying to help out and would get a lot more favorable comments like the ones above. Great stab at humor too, with regard to not trying to be a consultant, at the beginning of the article.

Ok...this one scores a 10 on the "Creepy Scale". It looks like a computer part that the Zodiac killer would for his computer. Pretty weird...

Don't know if I would want to wack my head on something everytime I do a push up. Seems like it would break your concentration.

in Associated Press Suing to Prevent You From Linking to Them on Marketing Pilgrim
Wow, that's pretty insane. So if you link to an AP website, you could face legal action. I wonder if they would go after personal blogs if they link to a story?

in 7.5 Rules of Selling Links - How Not to Get Penalized on Marketing Pilgrim
@ Brian-

Yeah, I guess you're right. But it seems like the rules change every day. And if you're not aware of any "new rules" then could be penalized without even knowing that you're doing something wrong.

in YouTube vs. MySpace video: Copyright on Marketing Pilgrim
Seems like both are playing with fire if they're not ACTIVELY policing and deleting copyrighted material. Didn't YouTube learn anything from the Viacom lawsuit. I figured they would find a way to find and get rid of other people's content.
