Oh, and, the statement "I parent" and "people should", so there's no need for regulation of porn.....
You probably figured out that you aren't the only one in society. Many kids don't have supervision, and you and your kids are going to have to put up with how ever they turn out. One of them might even try to marry one of yours. When I was younger, I too thought this way. I thought, such and such is illegal, wrong, immoral, so people can't do it. Well so is robbing a bank. People still do it.

Bryan, you couldn't be more wrong. <There is nothing wrong with pornography except those that are ashamed of it.>
While it may not be much harm in seeing the occassional naked people, even loving each other, regular exposure to porn IS very harmful. It is a fact that young men who include porn in their daily lives hurt themselves, and their partner if they have one, because they become unable to have normal sexual relationships. They become increasingly dissatisfied by reality and decend deeper into fantasy. It even causes impotence with living partners. Not surprising it will wreck a marriage type relationship. The partner is getting nothing. It also creates an unrealistic vision of what a woman should look like, since nearly all shown are young. That cuts the possiblity of being able to find a IRL partner that the man can be aroused by. Who is hurt by that? Not just women. The men who cannot get a partner.
So? you say? Well it's also a known fact that men who remain single, men who do not have active sex lives, etc. DIE earlier than those who can keep a partner. It's just as bad as life long smoking. We try to prevent children from smoking and consider it a crime to allow it. Pornography should be viewed the same. It's abusive to both sexes, and statistically shortens life span.
Then there's the harder core, depiction of women raped and murdered as an arousal. That's gotta be healthy for everyone.

Yes! Funding abortion for those who cannot help themselves. No woman or girl should be forced against her will to give her life and body to another. We do not require men to give up their organs even though their born child would die without them. Pregnancy is dangerous and a huge burden to bear for a poor woman who does not have the means to provide for herself, much less another child, during the time required away from work,-sometimes months, in order to produce a child that no one can or will care for. All you folks who think there should be no abortion rights, should get out there and adopt some of those thousands of unwanted, addicted, deformed, or brain dead children. And if it were your 12 or 10 year old daughter facing a pregnancy against her will, you would still force her to do so? Then you are the one with no morals.

Why would you ever thank god for a pundit on either side?
Are you that mentally challenged that you need some perpetually angry lesbian churning out her writer's snide commentary to make you feel whole?
You not only need a life. You need to go back to school. Watching MSNBC all the time, like watching FOX all the time, will give you brain damage, forcing you to talk out the right side of your mouth, just like your sad hero.
Enough with the pundit butt smooching. It's pathetic, and you depress people,
Think for yourself, or don't post.

Are you the angry old man from SNL or one of the cranky muppet dudes sitting up in the balcony?
