You look amazing and sound like a truly awakened being. It is really difficult to explain to people what can happen when food, eating, fasting, going raw can do for you. What the real truth is about food and the human body and consciousness. One must do it to really understand. Thank you for being so open and accessible through your incredible journey. One thing tough, in my restaurant we have been therough every juicer on the market. I grabbed a Breville from Live Live one day in a pinch and it was just not doing it, AT ALL. It does juice and is easy to clean as that format of machine is, and there are many. But the juice was pulpy, not so tasty and the pulp had a lot of juice still in it. So far I have to say the Jack LaLanne tops the list. The hopper is huge so you don’t even need to cut up your stuff to juice it. Whole apple, pears, cucumbers… fit right in. Sometimes I even put celery and cucumber at the same time. The juices are tasty and smooth. I also started in raw food with a Juiceman JR. that machine rocked. I ran it to death and it made great juices with little waste. Sorry about the Breville man, I know so many people praise it but take it from a restaurant that makes hundreds of juices a day, Jack LaLanne is the way to go. My kitchen put the Breville back in the box after about 20 minutes of tying to use it and we went without juices that day.

Re: 100% Raw

That is so true, I have found that people who jump right into %100 raw eventually fall off and binge on cooked foods going back and forth. This is not the best for your health and can even create new health issues previously not there. It is best I find to transition at your own pace and read, read, read. The more you learn, the better your food choices will be. Transforming a diet simply out of discipline will eventually collapse. But when you understand health and food you will want to make better food choices know why and be more motivated. It also helps you focus your changes to address your specific needs and goals. Lastly learning to make dishes you like will reduce the amount of “foreign” or newness to your diet change. If you love Pizza then learn to make a great raw pizza, or if you like falafel, learn to make a great raw falafel. This way you are not trying to “Give up” your favorite foods but simply change the way they are made. I love Thai food so I have created a ton of raw Thai recipes. Good luck and keep up the good work.
