Kevin Jones was the best interviewee you've had on so far, get him to contribute more to the blog, podcast & chat! Ask him if he remembers a game in the late 70s at Elland Rd versus Everton - the maverick Duncan McKenzie (later to become a hero at Goodison) starring in a 5-2 home win, Keith Macklin commentating as the match was also featured next day on Yorkshire TV. Petrified I was as an away fan going up to Leeds at the time...

Talking of moving from old stadia, will you manage to get down to see the magnificent 'Liberty Stadium' (permanent name officially decided yet?), replacement for the Vetch where you had those great early impressions of football, Gaffer?

Just listened to the podcast - I agree about the penalty at Blackburn and the need for a bit of aggro/cheap tickets/standing terraces at Premiership (what was wrong with "First Division"?) matches.
Things are never the same, like seeing ex-girlfriends or visiting the same holiday resort.

Don't rely on British Fail to get you anywhere on time - that never changes!

Public libraries give you free internet usage in the UK - that's what I resort to on my visits back to the low tech UK....
