But at the same time and in periods the employees or workers must also be trained in other areas and they must be made to know other connected jobs of the industry or trade in which they are working so that best results could be achieved from them. The complete rolling out from old technology  is not at all practicable.   At  some times adoption of old technologies will be inevitable. But flexibility must come from both employer and employees.  For this employees must be able to know about their concerns fully  including their trades and the employers mut be well equiped with humane relations and wants.
