Nice article. But flexibility must come from both employer and employees. For this employees must be able to know about their concerns fully including their trades and the employers mut be well equiped with humane relations and wants. This article require very deep study but a good attempt.

The old technology will always exist along with new technologies. The complete rolling out from old technology is not at all practicable. At some times adoption of old technologies will be inevitable. But knowing about the old technologies and mastering of new innovations and further innovations will strengthen the society.

Work specialisation in certain areas or job or departments are much necessary. But at the same time and in periods the employees or workers must also be trained in other areas and they must be made to know other connected jobs of the industry or trade in which they are working so that best results could be achieved from them. Specialising them in areas alone will yield good results at some times but making them specialised in all areas will give best results at all times.

In the present globalisation, international sub contracting will become costlier and non competititve in the price. Sub contracting agencies to exist near to the manufacturing unit.
