That's funny. The upstanding "landlord" builder stands to loose &gt; 300-K on equity (and I am sure his tennans are being subsidized). Three things you can conclude from this property: 1) You are better off selling at a loss than trying to build on it. This implies things will be worse before they are better. 2) Buildable lot prices will be cheaper later 3) It is going to take a while (he bought early in 2007 and is only now coming to this conclusion).

American is not ready for a Black or a woman on a ticket-- so lets forget about that if anyone wants to see Obama win. A white male from the South, would be more helpful for him.


At the same time, that is more palatable than even mentioning Hillary's name. Should Barak succumb to Clinton's 'balls" and put her on the ticket, he will be 'dead politically' for the rest of his days.



Change and "status quo" doesn't/and cannot mix. Obama stand strong and reject the imperialist attentions of Billary.
