Unfortunately I believe a delay will cause Realtors & Sellers more issues & potential lawsuits later if not really informing new buyers so to me a delay does nothing positive - good, savvy buyers won't move forward until affordability is addressed not delayed and yet by delaying new buyers not fully informed will be in a strong position to sue since nothing I've seen in 8 years materially affected the value of waterfront homes like this "dramatic" bill. Acting to find an affordable / scalable implementation is key.

Wow I can't wait to see how this works. I love Google+ Hangouts but so many of my friends and family are already using Facebook so if it's decent it could be a huge win for facebook.

Totally agree with your assessment Jonathan about companies doing same old same old and Chris being a real innovator and inspirational force for agents to take acction - love that Inman has seen his value because in my opinion he brings value to the Inman brand. Parked to see what's next, sure I won't be disappointed. Congrats to Chris!!

Dhrumil - I just got back from 2 weeks on Oahu and was at that beach and it is sweet - has made Dr. Beaches top US beaches in the past - I'm also lucky enough to live in Clearwater Florida where we have this years #1 beach - Caladesi Island as well as Ft Desoto - nothing beats a clean beach on a hot summer day. Got lots of great pics :)
