I'm not even sure you can do that for a rental property either. Given how low rates are, the safest thing to do (especially since posters above have shown your yearly profit cals to be a bit overly optimistic) is to get a 30 year fixed.

It is VERY hard to find a property that is profitable on a monthly/yearly basis. Typically the profits are in the 1-5% range, if at all profitable. Your best bet is to find a property that should rebound well, hope the rent can cover the mortgage, and make wise upgrades to it later on.

You should also consider the management factor. Do you want to be doing credit checks? You better do them in this market. Do you want calls at 4am when a toilet is leaking. Or during dinner when the oven or washing machine don't work? You can assume a management company fee who will do all of that for you.

Re: Weekly stats, who is right? That issue only came to light after conservatives started digging around. I'm an independent, and probably won't muster a vote for either of the two main party candidates, but it's pretty clear between the two conventions which party is getting the tougher treatment. I'm glad the MSM is finally starting to challenge, but it's at best a week late.

Re: Palin is changing corporate media (Scripting News)

Had this treatment started at the DNC, I could stand up and be proud. But the timing is none too interesting. That's intellectually lazy, and has no merits in any grounds of Libertarianism.

Let's go through your weak (pathetic?) attempt to justify your breaking the law everyday on your bike:

- Speed Limit: I follow it, it saves me gas and prevents tickets
- Turn signals: I use them on all lane changes
- Right on red: Only when legal
- Double parking: Never
- Jaywalking: Not in the last 30 days

How about you? Does your illegality make anyone else not following the law more acceptable? Logically, I should shoot someone on the streets if someone else does it, after all, one crime is equal to another similar crime, therefore we shouldn't follow the law. Seeing that there are 44 comments on a post is nice, but knowing that you think 8 are really good would get a lot more people to go read them (and comment on them!). 100 comments on a post causes me to not read the comments, there are too many for me to weed through.

Re: Received This Message On Pownce

Is there any good Facebook 101 or "How to" guide out there?
