it's scary only because cause there are so many items there and they're
always blaring obnoxious techno. It's also one of those stores where they
have 15 employees who are watching your every move because the store
attracts shoplifters. most people i know that have visited the store laugh
at how crazy the shopping experience is there.

they do! The one closer to Alton rd reminds me of a trippy Alice in
Wonderland. It's insane in there. Screw them! Just go in by yourself. It's
kinda fun to just look through all the ridiculous stugg in search of that
one cool piece. It makes finding it even more exciting.

thanks! i actually don't use patterns! i've been crocheting for so long (since about age 6) that i can practically do it in my sleep! my best suggestion would be to google easy crochet hat patterns, or visit your local craft store and pick up a crochet book

my mom (ever the perfectionist) hates this photo because her shoes don't match the dress. my mom was outside playing when my grandfather showed up with a brand new car. she immediately ran inside to change into something that would "match" the car and forgot to change out of her playing shoes :)

oh i'm sure there are cooler apartments out there. especially in new york. but considering i have no architectural skills once so ever, i thought this one was pretty awesome. if i had to build something a structure i could live in, i wouldn't know where to begin!

thanks! my new policy is to try on any shoes that have european sizing prior to purchasing. i can't risk ordering expensive shoes online that don't fit

Well let's see,

Here's what I've been up to lately:

--researching and writing 2-3 content posts per day
--preparing for, attending, writing, and producing videos to cover 2
black tie events for The Chronicle
--editing videos (it takes me a while because I have less than 10
completed under my belt)
--corresponding with publicists regarding products and giveaways for
the holiday gift bags
--working on edits for TMI
--answering reader emails
--pitching MTM for advertising and sponsors
--searching for a new web designer/programmer
--traveling

But at the end of the day....why does it matter as long as you enjoy
the blog?
