People argued, yelled, and cried. We missed you, Anna.

Re: iMurder Spoofed

The trailer looks more like an amateur film than a Hollywood production. :)

By the way, I was wondering how many episodes are in your iMurder. Has the series completed?

Re: iMurder Spoofed

I meant, has the series BEEN competed...

Re: iMurder 10: Beth Betrayed

"...but she felt like she wasn’t old enough to have this conversation, at the age of thirty-five."

I liked that.

I guess I am not alone in feeling that I am not the adult I am supposed to be according to the paper.

Re: Social Networks: Real and Imagined

My husband got into Facebook a few days ago and has been cajoling me to join as well.

This week's Time magazine also talk about Facebook!

Re: True Crime: Death by Homonym

“I know that smell.” That line appears in my short story based on this case too.

A truly mind boggling case and an experience that has a lasting impact.

(Oh, the old guy’s name was Guy.)

Re: recent reads & views from vacation

"...got a nervous little tingle in my stomach. Yep, my screenplay/novel Jiu Jin Shan is a little too close to comfort of this plot."

I get that all the time, and I hate it. But more often that not it I think is only the author that feels that way. In the end, nothing is new and everything has been done. How did you find out what he's doing? (At least you did find out!)

I am sorry this happened. But yeah, it's real flattery.

I agree that linking to his web site is not something you want to do, but part of me really want to see what he has done! :)

Re: My Best Failure: Paris 1996

But how wonderful that you’ve done this!

I can definitely sympathize with your comment on your personality in French. When I just came to the US more than a decade ago, I too marbled at how I had become this “dumb, uninteresting mute.” My name in my native language and my name grossly mispronounced by the Americans seemed to represent two very different people. It was quite a traumatic experience. (I guess it’s fair to say I’m still struggling with the language and culture in the US, but the truth is that I had never been at home in Korea either.)
