Oh, there has to be some way to make this vacuum pedal-powered. Kids could pedal around the house as if on a tricycle and generate the suction necessary to vacuum. They already canvas the floor and with the power generated it would be an alternative to the robotic vacuums.

Also, imagine the pride the little one would get for feeling like he/she earned the $.10 weekly allowance.
